The RPIC Ecosystem
One Vision. Multiple Forces. Regenerating Land and Life Together.
At Resilience Point Intentional Communities (RPIC), we don’t build in isolation. We create self-reinforcing systems—where housing, farming, conservation, and community ownership work as one.
Our model is rooted in collaboration across four synergistic pillars. Together, these entities form a replicable, fundable, and resilient development strategy built for a climate-challenged world.

Sustainable Property Management

1. Sustainable Property Management (SPM)
Private Development with a Public Mission
SPM is the landholding and development arm of RPIC. It acquires, stewards, and designs properties with:
-
Long-term ecological planning
-
Zoning-aligned infrastructure
-
Luxury-caliber amenities for intentional living
SPM builds for permanence—with erosion controls, water-smart layouts, and climate resilience engineered into the terrain.

2. APMA (Abundance Point Members Association)
Our 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Conservation Partner
APMA holds and manages the conservation buffers, reforestation zones, and public-facing education assets of each RPIC project. It enables:
-
Grant eligibility (federal, state, and private foundation)
-
Community education, environmental programming, and civic engagement
-
Stewardship of trails, greenbelts, and shoreline protections
APMA ensures that every RPIC neighborhood serves a larger ecological and social mission.

3. Resilience Point Farms
Feeding the Community While Healing the Land
Our regenerative farming division focuses on:
-
On-site food production
-
Carbon-sequestering land practices
-
Biochar, silvopasture, and soil health innovation
Each RPIC site includes productive acreage that supplies food locally and proves the viability of closed-loop, ecological food systems.

4. Resilience Point Hospitality (Coming Soon)
Wellness, Retreat, and Event Venues Rooted in Nature
Future RPIC sites will include a hospitality layer:
-
Event spaces, eco-lodging, and farm-to-table kitchens
-
Destination venues that support revenue, education, and tourism
-
Community clubhouses for wellness, recreation, and shared gatherings
This allows our sites to support seasonal visitors, educational events, and community engagement—while remaining rooted in environmental values.
